Currently, I’m taking cold showers every morning. Now, this may be thinking that this might not be for you, and maybe it’s not.
I thought the same thing a few years ago, but for some reason, I tried it and never looked back.
Here is my question for you: What are you NOT doing right now that you wish you were?
There a reason you’re not doing it; it’s hard.
Cold showers are hard, and I’ve learned, the colder I can endure, the more hard things I can do. The more I do hard things, the happier I am, the better I become, and the more I live my dreams.
Cold therapy has nothing to do with being cold and everything to do with strengthening the mind so that you can overcome any obstacle in life
